Naval Academy: No Injuries, Damage From Storm
ANNAPOLIS, Md. (AP) -- The U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis is reporting no significant damage as a result of Hurricane Sandy.
Commander William Marks, a spokesman, says there were no injuries and the school never lost power.
Sailboats at the school were moved to a protected area before the storm and avoided damage, and docks in Santee basin were underwater during high tide.
Classes have been canceled for Midshipmen.
