NASA's Langley Contracts With Md. Company
HAMPTON, Va. (AP) -- NASA has selected a Maryland company to provide science, technology and research support services for the space agency's Langley Research Center in Virginia.
Langley announced the five-year contract Thursday with Science Systems and Applications Inc. of Lanham, Md. The contract is valued at up to $425 million over the life of the contract.
At the Hampton research center, Science Systems will work in earth and planetary atmospheric science, research and technology.
The work will be performed for Langley's Atmospheric Sciences Data Center.
