Motorcycle Crash Leaves 2 Dead On I-70
HAGERSTOWN, Md. (AP) -- Two people died in a motorcycle crash on I-70, and Maryland State Police troopers are investigating.
Troopers say several motorcycles were traveling east just before Indian Springs when the group slowed for unknown reasons. Troopers say a motorcycle driven by Mark D. Stephens, 46, of Falling Waters, W.Va., struck a motorcycle operated by his son, Mark B. Stephens, 23.
The younger Stephens and his passenger, Megan R. Daymude, 19, of Inwood, W.Va., both died in the crash.
The elder Stephens also hit another motorcycle rider, Matthew L. Adams, 42, of Martinsburg, W.Va.
