Morgan State University's Nursing Program Receives $146K For Mentoring
BALTIMORE (WJZ) — Future nurses at Morgan State University are getting a boost.
The Maryland Higher Education Commission is pouring more than $146,000 into the University's nursing program to promote statewide mentoring.
The program is part of a bigger $29 million in grant money.
It will go toward supporting more nurses at patient besides and improving student outcomes through practical experience and other learning opportunities.
