Morality Pays Big For Criminal Defense Attorney In Baltimore

Crime in any city just doesn't pay and Baltimore is no exception to the rule. Yet, it would be imprudent to assume that all criminals are inherently malicious and, therefore, irreparable.

Seth R. Okin, Esq. is a criminal defense attorney who has an impeccable ability to connect with the inner core of clients - to unearth what makes each individual truly 'tick.'

"I go out of my way to be available to my clients when they need me. I give them every opportunity to talk to me and that goes a very long way in the relationship," said Okin.

Years ago, as an anthropology and sociology major at Towson University, Okin exhibited a compassionate heart towards mankind that has only expanded with time.

"Community service is an integral part in any leader's life. You need to give back to those communities that continue to give to you. It's not just enough to make donations. You want to be out there and you want to get involved."

Okin received a J.D. degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law, focusing on negotiation and conflict management techniques. Today, he is a successful attorney at Price Benowitz LLP and owner of the Law Office of Seth Okin, P.C. in Timonium.

"I've been fortunate to have exceptional professors throughout my academic career, some of the very best during my years at U.B. Law. Not only did they prepare you to know the law, but how to apply the law and represent your client effectively."

Okin enthusiastically works to seemingly and effortlessly defend alleged offenders with fierce due diligence, simultaneously dispensing doses of increased social responsibility to unsuspecting, yet appreciative citizens.

"The best advice is to always take everything seriously," said Okin. "This job is all about the clients - they are in a courtroom with you and you want to be able to walk out with them. Whether it is a stop sign or a murder trial, anything less than your best is unacceptable. You are the person they rely on and you're the one they have put their faith in. Everyone needs you at your best!"
