15-Year-Old David Santmyer Reported Missing In Cecil County
CONOWINGO, Md. (WJZ) -- Maryland State Police are searching for a missing 15-year-old from Conowingo.
David Santmyer was last seen in the 500 block of Conowingo Road.
He's described as 5-foot-9, 140 pounds, brown eyes and black hair. He was last seen wearing jacket with brown fur on the hood, orange-gray jeans and Oasis running shoes.
