Mike Preston Previews Ravens Vs 49ers In San Francisco This Sunday
Mike Preston covers the Ravens and writes a column for the Baltimore Sun sports section.
Mike joined Ed and Steve to talk about what he expects from the Ravens when they travel to San Francisco this Sunday.
Steve asked Mike about the injuries "I think Crockett Gillmore, Steve Smith Sr., and Justin Forsett will play. Some of those other guys I'm not too concerned about. Elvis Dumervil will go as far as he can, the problem with him is that he's playing against the left tackle now rather than the right tackle. I never rule out Marshal Yanda, I think he will go."
Ed asked Mike whether or not he thinks John Harbaugh is a good fit for the USC head coaching job. Mike doesn't believe John will take the job saying, "I don't see it happening, when something like this happens there's usually some kind of tie there and I don't see one. If I was John I would listen, but at this time I think he's going to stick around."
Mike went on to discuss whether John Harbaugh is better suited to coach college or pro football, how much Dean Peas is to blame for the Ravens defensive struggles, and the current Ravens salary cap situation.
