Mike Preston Grades The Ravens Season Ending Loss In Foxboro

Mike grades the Ravens after every game and here are his grades for the season ending loss to the Patriots 35-31.
Mike gave the offense high grades and rightfully so as the offense played excellent at times in the Divisional round loss. Mike gave Flacco a grade of A- saying "he played well enough to win." The running backs received an A and wide receivers received an A- with Mike saying about Forsett "he was outstanding in this game, and turned in a big-time performance." As for the offensive line Mike gave them an A- and said "the Ravens had success starting two rookies."
On the defensive side of the ball Mike started with the D line giving them a grade of C. Mike gave the linebackers a grade of C- saying "New England spread out Suggs and Dumervil with four receiver sets, and they couldn't get pressure on Brady." The secondary received a grade of F with Mike saying "Tom Brady took turns carving up this group. They couldn't cover and couldn't tackle after short receptions."
As for the special teams Mike gave them a grade of C+ and the coaching staff received a grade of B with Mike saying "the Ravens were mentally prepared and played with intensity."
