Metro Service Returns To Normal After Small Fire

WASHINGTON (AP) -- Metro says service has returned to normal after a light fixture caught fire at the Metro Center.

Metro spokeswoman Lisa Farbstein says the fire was reported about 8 a.m. Monday. She says customers traveling on the blue and orange lines should expect delays as a result of the fire, which was in the area of the station where trains arrive and depart.
