Metro Maintenance Affecting All Lines
WASHINGTON (AP) -- Weekend maintenance work is affecting portions of every Metro line.
Metro is working on various parts of the system this weekend: upgrading rail, installing communication cables to improve cell phone service and rebuilding a platform at a station in Rockville.
Delays as a result of the work are expected to be up to 20 minutes in parts of the system.
