BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- Halloween is right around the corner, and both pedestrians and drivers are being asked to look out for each other.
The Maryland State Highway Administration released some guidelines for people to look up and look out for on Halloween night.
Wednesday, they will hand out light-up bracelets from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. at participating Giant grocery stores and MVA branches.
Trick-or-treaters are encouraged to wear them.
