Md. Woman Charged In Boyfriend's Drug Death
HAGERSTOWN, Md. (AP) -- Authorities have charged a Smithsburg, Md., woman with manslaughter in the drug-overdose death of her boyfriend.
The Washington County Sheriff's Office also charged Chastity Dawn Kline, 34, this week with two counts each of distributing narcotics and administration of narcotics in the death of Cody Lynn Delauter, 33, in February.
According to charging documents, an autopsy determined Delauter died of a mixed-drug overdose. The documents said that there was enough heroin and cocaine in his system that either drug could have caused his death.
