Md. Police Make Arrest In Fatal Rockville Stabbing
ROCKVILLE, Md. (AP) -- Police in Montgomery County have arrested a man in a fatal stabbing in Rockville earlier this week.
Police say Carlos Tiul, 29, was arrested Thursday and charged with first-degree murder. Tiul, whose address is unknown, is being held without bond pending a hearing Friday.
Tiul is accused of fatally stabbing Tomas Mo-Choc, who was found wounded inside a Rockville home Wednesday night. Police say the two men were fighting at the time Mo-Choc was stabbed, and Tiul left the house before officers arrived. He was found nearby and taken into custody.
