Md. Pair Charged With New Year's Sexual Assault
WASHINGTON (AP) -- Police in Washington say two Maryland men have been charged with sexually assaulting a woman in a district parking garage early New Year's Day.
Police say Nicholas Schultz, 21, and Matthew Maldonado, 26, were arrested Friday and charged with second-degree sexual assault. Police say the assault occurred shortly before 4 a.m. Tuesday in a parking garage in the 1700-block of Rhode Island Ave., NW.
Police say the victim had left a New Year's Eve party with the two men.
