Md. Man Sentenced To 5 Years In Home Invasion
FREDERICK, Md. (AP) -- A Frederick man has been sentenced to five years in prison for conspiracy for three assaults during a home invasion in 2009.
Michael Johnson, 21, was sentenced on Wednesday in Frederick County Circuit Court. His twin brother, Malcolm Johnson, is serving a three-year-term in the crime.
Three women were threatened with a handgun during the invasion.
The mother of one of the victims said in court that she barely recognized her daughter after the crime because she had been kicked in the face until bloodied.
