Md. Man Sentenced For Stabbing Father-In-Law
HAGERSTOWN, Md. (AP) -- A man who admitted stabbing his father-in-law has been sentenced to 15 years in prison.
Joshua Bassford, 23, was sentenced Monday. He pleaded guilty to assault in January in the stabbing of Frederick Wiebel Jr.
The Herald Mail of Hagerstown reports prosecutors said Bassford stabbed Wiebel on Aug. 24 after Bassford
wiped out Wiebel's computer records. During the argument that followed, Bassford got a knife and stabbed Wiebel in the chest.
