Md. Man Pleads Guilty To Receiving Child Porn
BALTIMORE (AP) -- A Port Deposit man has pleaded guilty to receipt of child pornography.
Thirty-year-old Michael Dean Ragan Jr. entered the plea Monday in federal court in Baltimore. If the court accepts the plea agreement, he will be sentenced to 12 years in prison on Sept. 4.
According to his plea deal, computers and other digital devices were seized from Reagan's home in 2011 during a search in an unrelated investigation. Prosecutors say sexually explicit images and videos of children were found on the equipment.
