Md. Man Pleads Guilty To Producing Child Porn
BALTIMORE (AP) -- An Owings Mills man has pleaded guilty to sexually exploiting a minor to produce child pornography.
Joseph Kallash, 31, entered the plea Monday. He faces a minimum mandatory sentence of 15 years in prison and a maximum of 30 years at sentencing in June.
According to his plea agreement, Kallash, posting as a teenager, met a teenage girl on Facebook. In November 2010, he picked up the victim and two of her minor friends, brought them to his home, and had sex with one of the girls.
Court documents state that Kallash asked the victim about her younger sister. The victim contacted police.
