Man Charged With Stabbing Nephew
ANNAPOLIS, Md. (AP) -- Annapolis police have arrested a man they say stabbed his 28-year-old nephew.
Officers were called to Anne Arundel Medical Center about 2:30 p.m. Tuesday to interview a patient with a stab wound to the left side of his stomach.
Police tell The Capital of Annapolis that witnesses identified the victim's uncle as the man who stabbed him. The nephew was taken to Shock Trauma in Baltimore, where he was in serious but stable condition.
Derek Townsend Taylor, 42, has been charged with attempted murder and other offenses. He is being held without bond.
