Md. Man Charged With Stabbing Man In Eye With Fork
HAGERSTOWN, Md. (AP) -- A Frederick man is accused of stabbing another man in the eye with a fork.
Police say Danelle Michael Harris, 35, faces charges of first- and second-degree assault and other crimes.
Police say the stabbing took place during a fight outside an apartment complex on Monday evening.
Online court records show Harris has a preliminary hearing later this month, but no lawyer is listed as representing him yet.
The Frederick News-Post reports that the stabbing victim, identified as Brian O. Braxton, was also arrested on charges including disorderly conduct, robbery and assault. Police say the two men fought in the courtyard of the apartment complex after a woman told Harris that Braxton had choked her and taken money from her.
