Md. Man Charged In Del. Robbery
NEWARK, Del. (AP) -- Newark Police have arrested a Maryland man they say robbed a doughnut shop.
Seth Baughman, 24, of Elkton, Md. was arrested Thursday and charged with robbery and theft. He is being held on $22,500 secured bail.
Police say on Dec. 10, Baughman ordered food at Dunkin Donuts on Elkton Road. Officers say when the clerk presented the food, Baughman grabbed her arm, implied he had a weapon and demanded cash.
Authorities say Baughman grabbed money from the register and ran away toward the Maryland line.
