Man Accused Of Showing Gun In Road Rage Act
ROCKVILLE, Md. (AP) -- Police in Montgomery County say they've arrested a teenager accused of pointing a rifle at another driver during an apparent act of road rage.
Kenneth Johnson, of the Gaithersburg area, was arrested this week on charges of first- and second-degree assault. Police say he's been released on bond.
Police say a driver complained on the morning of Feb. 8 that another motorist had pulled a rifle from his back seat and held it up during a dispute. Police say the driver described Johnson's car and gave officers his license plate number.
Court records don't list a lawyer for Johnson. No phone listing for him could immediately be found.
