Md. Man Accused Of Running Child Porn Board
GREENBELT, Md. (AP) -- Federal prosecutors say a Cumberland man has been indicted on charges of advertising, transporting, receiving and possessing child pornography.
A detention hearing was conducted Thursday for George Sell, 69. The 10-count indictment was returned Aug. 30 and unsealed at the hearing. Sell was ordered to remain in custody.
According to the indictment, Sell operated a Web-based bulletin board that advertised and offered pictures and links to websites that documenting the sexual abuse of minors.
