Md. Issues Heat Advisories For Wednesday, Thursday
BALTIMORE (AP) -- Health officials have issued heat advisories for Maryland.
The advisories apply to the capital, central and southern regions on Wednesday and the entire state on Thursday.
Officials are expecting excessive heat and/or humidity that have the potential to cause heat-related illnesses. Advisories are issued when the forecast shows a high chance of reaching a heat index of 105 degrees or higher.
