Md. Congressman Critical Of Use Of Force In Libya
FREDERICK, Md. (AP) -- Maryland Republican Rep. Roscoe Bartlett is critical of President Barack Obama for sending forces to Libya without congressional approval.
Bartlett said in a statement Monday that Obama made the same mistake as George W. Bush with Iraq and Bill Clinton with Kosovo.
Bartlett called Obama's decision an affront to the Constitution.
