Md. Auto Worker Killed By Tire Explosion
BRUNSWICK, Md. (AP) -- Maryland State Police say workplace safety regulators are investigating a death at an auto shop in Brunswick.
Police say Brian Snoots, 39, died Wednesday morning after an industrial tire tractor he was inflating exploded. He was pronounced dead at the scene by Frederick County emergency responders.
The Frederick News-Post reports that Snoots was an employee of Brunswick Auto Repair.
State police say the Maryland Occupational Safety and Health agency is investigating the death.
