Matt Stover Looks Back On His Career
Baltimore Ravens Ring of Honor Kicker Matt Stover joined the Scott Garceau Show with Jeremy Conn to discuss where he fits on the list of Top 10 Ravens, voted on by PSL Owners, and to talk about what life has been like since retirement. The Ravens polled their season ticket holders and asked them to vote on their 10 favorite Ravens, Matt was placed on that list. "It's a great honor, I'm so privileged to be a part of a great group of guys and football players even though I never considered myself a football player."
Matt was asked if there was anything that he would have done different when looking back at his career, Stover would not have changed a thing. "The privilage that it was to play in the NFL, the highest level of any football that you can play, I played it for 20 years. Being able to look back most of all I have no regrets. I have some regretful moments, but as an entire career, I have no regrets. That's something that I really tried to do, I did everything I could to continue to kick at my highest level, sometimes it didn't come true but every time I left that field I knew I gave it all I had whether I was successful or not. I think when we all look back on life that's what we all want."
