Maryland Weather: Storms Roll Through For Second Consecutive Day

BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- For the second day in a row, parts of Maryland saw some strong to severe thunderstorms move through.

Temperatures topped out in the low 90s and the high humidity helped some of the storms to develop later in the day.

The National Weather Service had issued a flash flood watch for some parts of Maryland; they have since expired.

Tuesday's rain was less widespread than Monday; those storms left some parts of the region with as much as three inches of rain.

Monday morning, the Storm Prediction Center had put all of Maryland except Ocean City under a marginal risk for severe storms.
