Maryland To Host Annual Spring Game April 16
BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- The Maryland football team will hold its first Red-White spring football game under new head coach DJ Durkin on Saturday, April 16th.
Kickoff is set for 12:30 p.m. at Capital One Field at Maryland Stadium. Admission to the game and parking are free of charge.
Following the spring game, the #4 men's lacrosse team will take on Rutgers in a key Big Ten Conference matchup at 4 p.m. at Capital One Field at Maryland Stadium. Fans attending the spring game who wish to return for the men's lacrosse game but would like to exit the stadium between the two events can pick up a voucher for free admission from the customer service ticket booth at Gate I.
Spring Game Information:
Capital One Field at Maryland Stadium Access: Gate F (West side) and Gate I (South side) will be open at 11 a.m.
Select-A-Seat Event: Starting at 11 a.m. fans will have an opportunity to select seats in our premium Mezzanine section as well as seating areas in the bowl for the 2016 season which features six home games. Available seats to purchase as season tickets will be marked throughout the stadium.
Fan Fest & Giveaways:
The first 5,000 fans will receive an exclusive spring game poster. A post-game fan fest will be held on the west concourse, including an autograph session with head coach DJ Durkin and the football team, inflatable and lawn games, a photo booth and more!
