Maryland Snags Four-Star Recruit Justin Jackson
BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- Just one day after learning Melo Trimble would return, Maryland basketball has landed Canadian four-star recruit Justin Jackson.
At 6-foot-7, Jackson is the sixth-ranked small forward and No. 36 recruit overall, according to Scout.com. This is the third four-star commitment for the Terrapins, and the highest rated pledge of the class.
Along with Jackson and Thomas, Maryland also has four-star guards Anthony Cowan and Kevin Huerter committed to the team in 2016.
Jackson will likely fill the void left by Jake Layman and start right away.
