Maryland House On I-95 Closes For Reconstruction
BALTIMORE (AP) -- The Maryland Transportation Authority says Maryland House on Interstate 95 in Harford County will close for about a year while it undergoes reconstruction.
Officials say Maryland House will close at midnight on Sept. 15 and is expected to stay closed for a year.
The Chesapeake House in Cecil County will remain open, although there will be limited food service the week of Sept. 16 as new concessions open.
The new Maryland House is expected to open in the fall or winter of 2013. At that time, the Chesapeake House will close for reconstruction.
Truckers are reminded that there will be limited truck parking in Harford County while the Maryland House is closed.
