Police Arrest Fugitive After Manhunt In Cecil County
RISING SUN, Md. (WJZ) -- Maryland State Police said a fugitive is in custody after a manhunt in the Rising Sun area Thursday.
Paul Bouchelle Jr., 44, of Elkton, fled officers on foot around 11:30 a.m. Thursday after a short police chase in a truck he allegedly stole.
Police said Bouchelle may have been armed when he was on the run. He reportedly fled police on foot into a densely wooded area off the area of Ebenezer Church Road and Principio Road.
The circumstances surrounding his capture are unclear.
