Man Wanted In Columbia Groping Incident

COLUMBIA, Md. (WJZ) -- Police in Howard County are hoping the public can help them find a man wanted in a groping incident.

According to Howard County Police, Osman Geovany Martinez-Gonzales, 22, was charged with a fourth-degree sex offense for an incident that occurred on March 24.

Police were called to the 7500 block of Sea Change in Columbia around 8:17 p.m.  after a woman reported that a man followed her from the Owen Brown Village Center on Cradlerock Way and then touched her inappropriately. He fled and the woman called police.

Martinez-Gonzales does not have a known address, but police believe he was last staying in a residence off Talisman Lane in Columbia.

Investigators are releasing photos of Martinez-Gonzales and urging anyone with information to contact police at 410-313-STOP.
