Man Wanted For Armed PNC Bank Robbery In Laurel
LAUREL, Md. (WJZ)— Anne Arundel County Police are looking for a man responsible for an armed robbery of a bank in Laurel.
Police say Thursday at approximately 5:38 p.m., the man robbed the PNC Bank in the 3300-block of Laurel Fort Meade Road.
The suspect passed a note that threatened the use of a chemical weapon and demanded U. S. currency. The suspect then fled the scene on foot with the money.
The suspect was described as a white male, approximately 40 years old, 5'5", 150 pounds, wearing a dark-colored shirt, shorts, dark sunglasses and a red baseball cap during the robbery.
