Suspect Charged After Stabbing Man Over Jukebox Music
ANNAPOLIS, Md. (AP) -- Annapolis police have charged a man they say stabbed another man after an argument over music on a restaurant jukebox.
Martin Marroquin-Rodriguez, 34, has been charged with attempted first- and second-degree murder and other offenses. He is being held without bond.
Officers say about 12:45 a.m. Thursday, Marroquin-Rodriguez and another man got into an argument at LuPita's Restaurant.
Police tell The Capital of Annapolis that the victim was walking home when Marroquin-Rodriguez approached him, hugged him and stabbed him in the stomach.
Authorities say the victim was taken to Shock Trauma in Baltimore with life threatening injuries.
