Man Sentenced To 9 Years For Killing Half-Brother
ANNAPOLIS, Md. (AP) -- A man who shot and killed his half-brother during a confrontation has been sentenced to 9 years in prison.
Cornelius Johnson, 24, of Baltimore had pleaded guilty to manslaughter in the death of Andrew Johnson, 25. He was sentenced Monday.
The Capital of Annapolis reports that prosecutors say on Nov. 13, 2011, Cornelius Johnson's father got into an argument with Andrew Johnson in front of a Glen Burnie restaurant. Police say Cornelius Johnson shot his half-brother.
