Man Sentenced To 5 Years For Molesting Girl
ELKTON, Md. (AP) -- A Delaware man has been sentenced to five years in prison for molesting a girl in Cecil County over a two-and-a-half-year period.
Mark Ryan Blackwell, 19, of Wilmington was also ordered at sentencing Wednesday to register as a sex offender for the rest of his life. The Cecil Whig reported that he had pleaded guilty in September.
Prosecutors say Blackwell molested the girl several times, starting when she was 13.
