Man Sentenced In Stabbing Death
ANNAPOLIS, Md. (AP) -- A Severna Park man has been sentenced to 50 years in prison in the stabbing death of a woman whom he followed home from a bar after an argument.
Francis Adams, 22, was sentenced on Monday. He had pleaded guilty last month to first-degree murder in the death of Debra Lynn Gill.
Prosecutors say Adams got into an argument with Gill, 52, outside a bar on May 29 and followed her and her boyfriend in their car to Gill's apartment, where he stabbed her as she sat in the driver's seat of her car.
