Man Robbed Of $9,000 In Items
FREDERICK, Md. (AP) -- Frederick police have arrested two men they say robbed of third man of $9,000 worth of items.
Eighteen-year-old Russell Smith of no fixed address, and 21-year-old Joshua McDonald of Frederick, were charged late Sunday with robbery, theft and assault.
Police say the men approached a third man as he was leaving his car early Saturday when two men wearing masks approached him. The victim said he believed one had a weapon in his jacket sleeve and he gave them the items.
A police investigation led police to a home on Emerson Drive, where police recovered $6,500 worth of the stolen items.
