Man Pleads Guilty To Fatally Stabbing Ex-Roommate
WESTMINSTER, Md. (AP) -- A man has pleaded guilty to second-degree murder in the stabbing of his former roommate.
David Michael Montgomery, 29, of Westminster entered the plea Monday Carroll County Circuit Court in Westminster. The Carroll County Times reports that he was sentenced to 30 years in prison.
Prosecutors say on Jan. 5, Montgomery stabbed Edward Zepp, 61, at an apartment the two used to share. Montgomery was arrested that same day driving Zepp's van.
