Man Pleads Guilty To Attempted Sex Assault At Dundalk School
DUNDALK, Md. (WJZ)-- A 22-year-old man plead guilty on Wednesday to an attempted first-degree sexual assault that took place at a Dundalk school on Dec. 16, 2010.
The state's attorney for Baltimore County said Sean Schleigh entered Holabird Middle School, but when stopped by a teacher, Schleigh claimed to be looking for his little brother. He was directed to the school's main office but hid in the boy's restroom. Schleigh then approached a 12-year-old boy who had entered the restroom. He punched, knocked the boy down, kicked him and was pulling the boy to a stall when the boy screamed and a school guidance counselor came in.
Schleigh was arrested and admitted he intended to have sex with the 12-year-old victim.
He is scheduled to be sentenced later this week.
