Man Pleads Guilty To Second-Degree Murder In Stabbing
ANNAPOLIS, Md. (AP) -- A Baltimore man accused of fatally stabbing a pizza deliveryman has pleaded guilty to second-degree murder.
Darrius Lynne Bullock, 18, entered the plea Tuesday. He will be sentenced Oct. 6.
Police say Bullock used a cell phone to call Ghulam Farooq, 46, at the pizza place where he worked to set up a robbery in December. The Annapolis Capital cites court documents as saying Bullock and Tavon Rudolph Brown, 19, of no fixed address knocked Farooq to the ground, and that Brown stabbed him in the chest.
Brown's trial is set for next month.
