WESTMINSTER, Md. (AP) -- Westminster police say a Frederick man is in critical condition after he was stabbed in TownMall.

Dominic Miller, 23, is being treated at Shock Trauma in Baltimore for a stab wound to his abdomen.

Police have charged Michael Leroy Fisher Jr., 19, of Westminster in the crime. Fisher was released on $25,000 bond.

Police found Miller in the parking lot of the mall about 7 p.m. Monday.
