Man Gets 60 Years In Fatal Robbery
ANNAPOLIS, Md. (AP) -- A Baltimore man has been sentenced to 60 years in prison for his role in a fatal robbery that netted the suspects $17.
Rodney Barnwell, 23, pleaded guilty in March to first-degree murder in the robbery and shooting that killed Adam Bucklew, 21, in July 2010. He was sentenced on Tuesday.
The Capital of Annapolis reports that Barnwell and Ricky Mason, 23, accosted Bucklew in front of
his home, shot him and took cash from his pockets before fleeing.
Mason also pleaded guilty to first-degree murder and was sentenced to 55 years in prison.
