Man Found Fatally Shot Early Wednesday In East Baltimore
BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- Officers responded to the 1100 block of E. 20th Street around 3 a.m. Wednesday to assist medics who found a man dead inside a vehicle.
The unknown man was found with gunshot wounds.
