Man Found Fatally Shot In Capitol Heights Home
CAPITOL HEIGHTS, Md. (AP) -- Prince George's County Police say a man has been found fatally shot in his Capitol Heights home.
Police went to the home on Benning Road about 7 p.m. Tuesday for a well-being check. Officers found 41-year-old Dewey Chappell Jr. dead of an apparent gunshot wound.
Police believe Chappell had returned home and was confronted by suspects in his residence.
