Man Dies From Legionnaires' Disease In Ellicott City
ELLICOTT CITY, Md. (WJZ) -- A dangerous bacteria strikes in Howard County, killing an elderly man.
The man died from Legionnaires' disease at the Lighthouse Senior Living Facility in Ellicott City.
The bacteria spreads through water.
Earlier this week, two other cases of Legionnaires' disease were confirmed at a Baltimore nursing home. Those people are expected to survive.
