Man Charged With Manslaughter In Queen Anne's Co. Shooting
MILLINGTON, Md. (AP) -- The Queen Anne's County Sheriff's Office says a man has been charged with manslaughter in a shooting at a Millington home.
Eric Johnson Jr., 20, of Millington has also been charged with reckless endangerment and possession of a regulated firearm in the Oct. 11 shooting. The Star Democrat of Easton reports that Johnson turned himself in to deputies Monday morning.
Johnson is also charged in the death of Jonathan Clough.
Deputies say Clough and Johnson, along with other friends, were at the home when the shooting occurred. Authorities say Clough, 28, was struck just below his right ear by a single bullet from a .22-caliber automatic pistol. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
