COLESVILLE, Md. (AP) -- A man charged with killing a 95-year-old man in Colesville has been denied bail.
WTOP-FM reports (http://bit.ly/1arIf6e ) that a Montgomery County judge denied bail for 60-year-old Eric Dyson, who faces a first-degree murder charge in the stabbing death of 95-year-old WWII veteran Dan Belvin.
Police say officers responded to the 500 block of Randolph Road at about 12:30 p.m. on Monday after a concerned friend called to say he hadn't heard from Belvin.
Dyson was arrested Wednesday.
Online court records show that Dyson lives in the same senior-living community as Belvin did.
