Man Charged With Fatal Md. Shooting Arrested
HAGERSTOWN, Md. (AP) -- Hagerstown police say a man charged in the fatal shooting of a New York City man last week has been arrested in Prince George's County.
Authorities say Juan Sylvester Barnes, 28, of no fixed address was arrested in a Greenbelt apartment about 9:30 p.m. Tuesday.
The Herald-Mail of Hagerstown reports that Barnes is charged with second-degree murder and other offenses in the shooting Jan. 24 of Christopher Lee Follett. Follett, 29, died two days after the shooting.
